Criminal background check

According to the law, a criminal background check is obligatory to work with vulnerable persons when the nature of the position (the position, not the person) gives the holder authority over children or vulnerable persons or inspires trust in them.

At Tutorat Pro, each tutor must comply with the legal obligations provided by the law. As an independent contractor, it is your responsibility to provide a background check report.

If you do not already have a background check dating from the last three months, you will be required to obtain this document if you are over 18 years old.
